Tiny Eden Quests: Fixes for Stuck Chains

Tiny Eden leans sandbox but it does carry a story, and the early chains gate real systems — the shop, the lab, the drone hub. These are the four that stopped people during launch week, with what is a missed step and what is an acknowledged bug.

Plant 3 Strawberries

Not a bug. The quest only counts strawberries sown into the gold-highlighted planters, and the interaction is a left click. Sowing into your own pots does nothing for the counter. The player who worked it out posted the correction themselves after getting stuck on it.

Code Green HQ: the licence on the floor

Not a bug, but badly signposted. After you pay off the inspector, he leaves the licence on the floor rather than handing it to you, and there is no waypoint. Where to look:

He was on the same floor as the turn-in by the other staircase. It will look like a catalogue blueprint on the floor.

A second player confirmed finding it exactly there. Code Green also drives an achievement — It’s All for the Business, for completing all orders for Code Green — so the faction is worth staying current with.

The atrium buyer who does not exist

A genuine bug, developer-confirmed. Multiple players could not find the customer in the atrium; one wrote “I think they deleted buyer, but forgot to delete orders with this buyer.” Bajka Games replied on the thread: “That quest seems to be a bit bugged, we’re looking to fix it asap.” A later reply confirmed a patch had not yet resolved it.

One related oddity from the same thread: after delivering strawberries to the man in the atrium, a player got “pick up your gifts” and then could not walk through the doorway — they had to jump over the door threshold to get out.

The rooftop database window

Not a bug, a time gate. Grow cornflowers, deliver them on the roof between 21:00 and 23:00, and collect the database from the atrium courier the next day with a free inventory slot. The full chain is on the drones page, because the database is what brings the drone hub online.

The trading hub

Players asked for a way to exclude specific items from the Trading Hub and the developer answered that it looked more like an oversight than a design decision, promising to check it properly. Not a chain-blocker, but worth knowing the behaviour is not final.

General principle for launch week

Bajka Games is answering directly on the Steam board, usually within hours, and has been candid about which things are broken. If a chain stalls and none of the above fits, check the quest list in the top-left corner first, then the known issues page before assuming you have missed a step.
