Steam Deck
Two things stand out. First, 16 GB of RAM is the minimum, not the recommendation — unusually high for a cozy sim, and there is no 8 GB tier. Second, the Linux build has a hard technical gate the Windows build does not: Vulkan 1.3 with mesh shader support is required, and Bajka Games states plainly that the game will not start on GPUs or drivers without it. That means AMD RDNA 2 or newer, or NVIDIA Turing or newer. On audio the Linux build wants PipeWire or PulseAudio. As for the Steam Deck: its RDNA 2 hardware clears the mesh-shader bar, but Valve has issued no Deck compatibility rating and the developers' own statements on Deck support contradict each other — see the platforms page.
